SUPER FRESH TOMATO MINT SALAD


Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • handful mint leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash your tomatoes and the mint leaves, peel the onion.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, the onion and mint.
  3. Add them to a bowl, add olive oil and salt to taste.
  4. Serve immediately.
