GARLIC AVOCADO GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
Delicious and Easy Garlic Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich! Serve this grilled cheese sandwich recipe with some salad for a healthy lunch or quick dinner!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl and add the garlic and crushed red pepper.
- Spread this avocado mixture on a slice of bread, top with mozzarella cheese and add the other slice of bread on top. Repeat for the other bread as well.
- Toast in a pan with olive oil, flipping once carefully until golden brown on both sides.
- Take out of the pan and on to a cutting board and slice in the middle.
- Serve immediately with a salad of choice.
